Defective materials
Any blind that arrives with a factory-level fault in its fabric, coating, or core component qualifies for a full review under our warranty.
Operating mechanism failure
If your roller, bracket, or chain system fails under regular daily use, it is covered. We account for the parts that do the work.
Blackout fabric breakdown
Premature coating separation, delamination, or fabric deterioration on any blackout blind within the 2-year warranty period is fully eligible for a claim.
